Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms), which together with our privacy govern Steam Jacket Brewings relationship with you in the context of this website. 

Steam Jacket Pty Ltd trading as Steam Jacket Brewing reserves the right to make changes to this website and these Terms at any time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Our store terms and conditions can be found below. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email us. All transactions are processed in AUD. Delivery only available in Australia.

DELIVERY

Delivery prices are in AUD. Shipping is only available within Australia. 

Upon approval of your payment, we will deliver ordered goods to you within ten (10) Business Days, depending on the location in Australia specified on your order. Delivery times are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to these late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Delivery is available nationally, excluding designated dry zones within Australia. If you are located in an area that we do not deliver to, you will be notified during checkout. 

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a physical address that will be occupied during business hours. 

Goods will be delivered by courier for all Australian capital cities, major metropolitan, regional areas.

All couriers are third parties and we have no control over and make no warranty in relation to the performance of these companies or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order.

IDENTIFICATION

Steam Jacket Brewing Brewery supports responsible drinking. On delivery of your order, a valid ID proving you are over the age of 18 must be signed. No orders will be left unattended by our couriers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Steam Jacket Brewing Brewery is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative product, a backorder or a full refund. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Steam Jacket Brewing Brewery reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

We will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. 

Steam Jacket Brewing Brewery guarantees that any goods purchased from our website are of acceptable quality. You can choose between a refund or exchange where you have received the wrong goods, or the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality or defective. 

Please contact our online customer service team via email at admin@steamjacket.com.au to arrange an exchange or refund for the value of damaged goods within two (2) days of delivery. Steam Jacket Brewing Brewery will require proof of purchase for any return claim to be completed. Evidence will be required to support any claim.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible for any returns that are not received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Once your items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will make every effort to process the return claim within 3 business days.
